Matching a gun and wand to your machine

Check three numbers before you buy: GPM, PSI, and temperature rating. A gun rated below your machine's flow will wear fast and fatigue your hand; hot water rigs need guns rated for high temperature at the inlet. Wands and lances then set your reach - shorter for fleet and rig work, 36" and longer for flatwork and rinsing height.

  • Standard guns - for 4-5.5 GPM cold and hot machines
  • High-flow guns - for 8-10 GPM industrial units
  • Dual lances - pressure and soap control at the wand

Finish the business end with the right nozzles and spray tips and quick connect fittings.

Frequently asked questions

How often should trigger guns be replaced? Daily-use contractors typically replace guns every season or two - when the trigger gets stiff or the valve starts weeping, swap it before it costs you a job day.
