Shipping policy

Last updated: June 15th, 2026

At BCE Systems, our priority is to deliver not just high-quality equipment but a premium ownership experience. We aim to make every step, from order to delivery, cost-effective, transparent, and dependable for our customers.

We do not profit from shipping or delivery. In fact, we typically absorb some of the freight cost to make these services affordable for our customers. Our focus is on ensuring that your equipment arrives safely, promptly, and in excellent condition.

Whenever possible, we encourage customers to pick up their products in person from our facility. Doing so allows you to:

  • Meet our team face-to-face
  • Inspect your equipment before taking delivery
  • See your unit in operation and receive hands-on guidance

This personal experience is especially valuable for trailer packages and large systems, where an in-person handoff ensures everything meets expectations before you take your equipment home. We welcome you to visit us, get to know our team, and take receipt of your BCE system with full confidence.

UPS GROUND (Small Packages)

We offer simplified flat-rate UPS Ground shipping on qualifying small parts and accessory orders within the continental United States.

Shipping rates are based on order value, with discounted and free shipping available on eligible orders. Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Applies only to packages that meet UPS Ground size and weight requirements.

FREIGHT SHIPPING (Large Equipment)

Freight shipping applies to all palletized or crated orders, including pressure washer units, tank skid assemblies. These shipments are too large or heavy for UPS and are delivered by commercial freight carriers.

When your order is ready to ship, our team will select the most reliable freight carrier and provide you with a tracking link and Bill of Lading via email.

Standard Freight Options (Preferred Carrier Rates)

  • Flat rate - Single pallet
    • Applies to equipment that fits securely on one standard pallet and falls within typical freight weight and size limits.
    • Most pressure washer units qualify.
  • Flat-Rate Freight - Oversized / Heavy Equipment
    • Applies to heavier or oversized equipment that requires two pallets or a custom or oversized pallet due to weight or dimensions.
    • Examples include large tank skid assemblies and high-capacity systems.

Ship to Collect (Customer-Arranged Freight)

Customers may choose to arrange their own freight carrier and pay shipping costs directly to that carrier.

  • BCE Systems will prepare and palletize the order for pickup
  • Customer is responsible for scheduling pickup, carrier coordination, and payment
  • Freight liability transfers to the customer once the shipment is released to their carrier

This option is ideal for customers with preferred carriers, negotiated freight rates, or specialized delivery needs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and accessible delivery conditions. Freight carriers typically do not provide forklifts or moving equipment.

Note: Freight shipments do not include batteries due to shipping regulations.

The freight carrier will contact you when your shipment reaches the local terminal to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

TRAILER PACKAGE DELIVERY

Whenever possible, we encourage customers to pick up their trailer package directly from our facility - it’s the best way to meet our team, see your system in action, and take delivery with complete confidence.

For customers who require delivery, BCE offers several delivery options depending on location, timeline, and level of service required.

1. Direct Delivery (BCE Driver – Full Service) - available within our regional delivery range from our facility.

  • Door-to-door delivery by a BCE team member
  • On-site walkthrough of the system (connections, startup, maintenance basics)
  • Basic operation and safety guidance
  • Performance verification prior to handoff

2. Freight / Hotshot Delivery (Standard Service) - available nationwide through our logistics partners.

  • Delivery via freight carrier or hotshot transport
  • Equipment arrives fully assembled and secured for transport
  • Customer is responsible for unloading (unless liftgate service is arranged)
  • Remote guidance (phone/video) if needed upon delivery.

DELIVERY INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS

Every shipment is carefully inspected, tested, and securely packaged before it leaves our facility. However, once an order is in transit, it becomes the responsibility of the freight carrier. Because of this, it is essential that you thoroughly inspect your delivery before signing for it.

Upon delivery:

  1. Inspect the outer packaging and crate immediately before signing any paperwork. Look for visible signs of damage such as crushed corners, punctures, broken straps, or torn wrapping.
  2. If you observe any damage or irregularity, clearly note “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt or carrier’s handheld device before signing.
  3. Take clear, time-stamped photos of all visible damage to both packaging and product.
  4. Refuse the shipment if the damage appears severe or you suspect internal damage that could affect operation.
  5. Retain all packaging materials and pallets until the claim process is resolved, as carriers may require them for inspection.

Important Notice: Customer is solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting all products for damage before accepting delivery. BCE Systems and the shipping carrier are released from all liability for any damage incurred during shipping once the delivery has been accepted.

Reporting a Claim

If any damage is found, please contact us immediately: service@bcesystems.com

Include your order number, delivery date, carrier name, and photos or videos of the damage.

  • All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims filed after this period cannot be accepted, as freight carriers strictly limit the reporting window.
  • After 24 hours, or if proper documentation is not provided, replacement parts must be purchased separately.

DELAYED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES

Once your order has been prepared and scheduled for shipment, it must be accepted promptly upon delivery. BCE Systems is unable to store completed orders beyond five (5) business days once they are ready to ship.

If a delivery is delayed, rescheduled, or refused by the customer for any reason, the following may apply:

  • Storage fees charged by the freight carrier or BCE Systems.
  • Redelivery or reconsignment fees assessed by the carrier to transport or hold your shipment.
  • Adjustment of shipping rates based on the current freight cost at the time of the actual shipment or redelivery.

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts or remains unclaimed, BCE Systems reserves the right to cancel the order and return the product to inventory. In such cases, a restocking fee may apply as outlined in our returns policy.
