Your agreement lists the counties that are yours, and for your first year you are the only BCE distributor in them. Partners who build real volume can earn exclusive rights, on terms published the same for everyone.
An MSRP you can sell against.
Our list price is a real market price, so the discount you earn is margin you keep. What you see on the sheet is what the deal is worth.
Your price is yours to keep.
Your first order sets your discount tier, and it holds. As your volume grows your tier moves up with it. There is nothing to hit to stay where you are.
Straight answers
The questions dealers ask first.
Can I carry BCE with the line I already sell?
Many of our distributors do, and you are welcome to keep the line you have. Whether you can is up to your current agreement, so check that first. It costs you nothing to talk to us either way.
What does it cost to get started?
Nothing. Signing up is free, and your first order sets your discount tier the day you place it. You earn your rate from invoice one.
How do I pay?
Orders are paid before they ship. If you would rather stock units on terms, we can introduce you to floor plan lenders who offer 90 to 180 days to qualified businesses.
How do units and parts get to me?
Units ship FOB Calhoun, anywhere in the country. We can drop ship straight to your customer's yard with your name on the paperwork, and we handle the freight.
Common wear parts are stocked here and ship the same way. We ask that you stock the fast movers too, because your customer's downtime is measured in hours.
Can I put my own brand on the machine?
Your logo, your graphics and your frame color, applied at our factory. What stays is the BCE nameplate, serial plate and certification labels.
That rule is there to protect you. Keeping our plate on the machine keeps our product liability coverage with it, so the equipment in your customer's yard carries your name and our insurance.
Who handles service and warranty?
You own the customer. They call you for questions, parts and warranty work. We back you with parts, technical help, and warranty administration.
How long does approval take?
A call, a short application, and a conversation with your rep. Most of it comes down to one question: can you service what you sell?
