Welder / Metal Fabricator
We're looking for an experienced welder and metal fabricator to manufacture frames, skids, brackets, trailer components and other custom parts used in our pressure washing systems.
Welding is the primary focus of this position. The right person takes exceptional pride in their craftsmanship, pays close attention to every detail, and consistently produces clean, strong, professional-quality work. We want a proactive, dependable team member who recognizes problems, takes ownership and acts without waiting to be told.

Key responsibilities
- MIG weld equipment skids, frames, brackets, trailer components and other pressure washing system parts
- Fabricate components from sheet metal, plate, square tubing, round tubing and structural steel
- Operate CNC plasma cutting, tube-cutting, bending, drilling, grinding and metal-finishing equipment
- Produce clean, strong, consistent welds that meet BCE's quality and appearance standards
- Inspect completed work and correct defects before parts move to assembly or finishing
- Identify fabrication or design problems and take the initiative to implement practical solutions
- Assist with equipment assembly, trailer fabrication, powder-coating preparation and general shop work as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep the fabrication area clean, organized, safe and efficient
Qualifications
- Proven professional welding and metal fabrication experience; strong MIG welding skills required
- Experience operating CNC plasma cutting equipment
- Experience cutting, forming and bending sheet metal and metal tubing
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
- Tremendous pride in the strength, appearance, accuracy and quality of your work
- Self-motivated, dependable and able to see what needs doing without constant supervision
- Must live within reliable commuting distance of Calhoun, Georgia, or be willing to relocate before starting
